  1. How to register?
  1. Click on "register".
  2. Fill out the form.
  3. Fields marked with a star are mandatory.
  4. You need to type at least one telephone number.
  5. You can hide your e-mail and telephone number from some user groups.
  6. "City" is a city you are from.
  7. "Car" is a description of your car (it can be a brand name).
  8. After you log in you can change your data, add additional languages, upload your photo and add Internet messengers under "profile".
  9. Your data can be seen by registered users. Non-registered users have limited access to your profile.
  1. Why do I have to register?
  1. You don't need to register to use our services. The exceptions are listed below.
  2. Only as a logged-in user you can:
    • add an advert,
    • rate another user,
    • send Private Messages,
    • check other Users' IP-Number,
    • see users' profiles,
    • have more access to e-mails and telephone numbers from other users.
  1. How do I seek a trip partner?
  1. Click on "search".
  2. Choose a city from the list. If you cannot find your city on the list, choose this one which is closest to your city and type in below your city name.
    Regionalisation: the search system not only looks for adverts from a chosen city but also from its area (smaller cities are assigned by users to the main region city). If you don't type in anything and only choose a city from the list you will get all adverts from the whole area.
  3. Choose a date and accuracy.
  4. Accuracy gives you results both before and after the chosen date. This way you will receive results in a certain period of time.
  5. At the end you choose if you look for passengers or for drivers.
  6. You can also use the Advert Lists of departure cities and destination cities.
  1. How to place an advert?
  1. If you are a driver you choose "I seek a passenger". If you are not sure if you feel like driving you can place an advert as "I seek a driver / I can take a passenger". This way your ads show up in both categories: as a driver and as a passenger.
  2. Choose a city where you are going from or a city closest to your town If you are not going from the chosen city type name of your city in the field below. This way you assign your departure town to the main regional city from the list. This is Regionalisation. The same is for your destination city.
  3. As a driver you can add cities you drive through. Choose cities in the appropriate order because the system generates regional adverts to them and every user will be able to see the route you will be driving. Also, choose only those cities in which you are able to pick-up or drop-off your passenger.
  4. "This advert is valid only once" which means that you are travelling only once on the date you chose. Cyclical adverts mean that you travel more often on the route and this will generate more adverts accordingly.
  5. Cyclical adverts are valid only up to 3 months.
  6. You can also add a return advert by choosing only your return date. This advert will be linked to your departure advert and it will be visible to other users.
  1. How can I edit / delete my adverts?
  • Under "my adverts" you can update or erase your adverts.
  1. What are „Private Messages” and „my favourite adverts”?
  • Via "Private Messages" you can reach other users without using your e-mail. Users can always hide their e-mail addresses or telephone numbers but there is always a possibility to be contacted via Private Messages. If you contact somebody over Private Messages the user will be automatically informed about it by e-mail.
  • In "my favourite adverts" are stored all adverts which you saved while searching for your trip partners. This helps you to make the final decision. The same is with "my favourite users".

  • Go to "profile" and update your data.
  1. What do I do when I forget my password?
  • Type in your e-mail address or your login-name in the box for usernames and your password will be sent to your e-mail automatically,
  • Auto-login saves your login name and password on the computer you are using. You don't have to log in next time on the page.
  • If you forgot your user name type in your e-mail address.
  1. How can I rate other users?
  1. Go to "rate user".
  2. Type in user name you want to rate.
  3. You can rate a user once every 3 days.
  4. You cannot change your comments!
  5. All your comments can be seen both in your profile and in the evaluated user's profile.
  6. By rating a user you also give out points. Depending on collected positive points there will be icons displayed in user's adverts.
  7. Be trustworthy!: This is our idea to increase safety of share riding. If you want to "be trustworthy" send us scans of your 2 different ID's. The administrator will put a statement in your profile and rank you as a "trustworthy user.” This information will be visible to every user on the website and faciliate your finding a travel partner. e-mail:

  • If you want to find out how much your trip might cost use our "Price calculator". The calculated price can vary depending on the number of passengers and the distance. But the final price is only up to you depending on how you negotiated it with your trip partner.
